Our Sustainability Goals
Commercial Sign Services continuously explore streamlining our processes to reduce our carbon footprint and negative impact on the environment. Our sustainability plan is an on going development working with likeminded customers & suppliers to source sustainable products, cut down on non recyclable products and improve our supply chain nationwide and across Europe.
Waste Management, up-cycling & product selection.
Our waste management contracts, ensured waste was segregated into recyclable and non-recyclable goods. Where projects create a high volume of waste, the waste is returned to our factory for sorting. Out selection process is committed to ensuring re-usable materials to be stored and cleaned ready to be used on new initiatives. We offer a range of PVC free & recyclable products along-side our well-known products that are typically non-PVC friendly. Where suitable, we will offer alternatives to products that would otherwise potentially find there way into landfill. Focus is given to consideration of the longevity and viability for the task at hand.
Transport Logistics, work grouping &CO2 Emissions
Work grouping and transport logistics help us drive down our exhaust emissions. Using localised teams and partners ensures your goods and services do not spend longer on the road than they need to. All our vehicles are EURO 6 exhaust emission standard compliant and use vehicle tracking systems allowing us to quickly identify locations of our vehicles and streamline their journey. Our vehicles are not permitted for personal use and are returned to our depot receiving regular servicing & checks, ensuring the optimal functionality. Using fuel card supplier and mileage logs allow us to monitor our fuel usage with weekly reporting on our CO2 output.
Recycled Packaging
All our roll cores, boxes and tube packaging are re-used for ensuring the safe delivery of your items. Recycling the packing of our bought in raw materials ensures we not only reduce the cost re packaging of our end products, with savings passed on to our clients, but we drive down unnecessary transport and production output by buying new.
Digitally Driven design
Our design processes consider the optimum use of media when sizing our designs. Encouraging less cuts sent to landfill. Organising workflow with smart design processes promotes cost effective solutions to our clients whilst minimising waste.

In 2025 Commercial Sign Services joined the British Signs and Graphics association who connect likeminded companies, promote collaboration to further promote and protect our industry.

Risk Assesments & Methods
A risk assement and detailed method statement is provided with each bespoke installation. Site specific RAMS not only ensure the safety of our clients and their customers but make sure a clear brief is outlined to our engineers prior to undertaking task.
Fixing Detail & Safe Working Practice
All of our designed solutions include safe fixing methods with the correct weight loading calculations. Our qualified management ensures the correct access equiptment is used to carry out our tasks safely.
Training & Certification
All of our personel are tarined with manual handling within the warehouse and our on-site teams carry the necessary training and certification to complete on site installations.
Qualified & Competent Personel
We have appointed a competent person to work with our company as part of our commitment to Health & Safety. Obiding by the management regulations 1999 section 7, Chameleon Safety Services Ltd bring the necessary competency level into our business. CertIOSH, CMaPS, AIFSM, PIEMA
